Various personal data are requested from our customers to be processed within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation while registering to our company's website via the address www.spark.net.tr.
Personal data belonging to our customers are collected electronically by our company in accordance with the principles of compliance with the law and honesty rules specified in Article 4 of the KVKK, being accurate and up-to-date as necessary, being processed for certain clear and legitimate purposes, being limited and measured in connection with the purpose for which they are processed, and being kept for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

Personal data shall be destroyed in the event that the purpose disappears and there is no other reason for the storage of the data. Our customers can always request the destruction of the processed data by proving that there is no valid reason. In addition, our customers can change their membership information on our website at any time.
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, your rights as a data subject are as follows:

-If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request compensation for the damage.
