Which filter should I prefer?

Among these types, paper filters, which are suitable in terms of cost, are the shortest-lived filters in terms of durability. Teflon filters, which are widely used in the sector, are more durable than paper filters. Nanofiber teflon filters, on the other hand, are much longer lasting and useful filters than the other two filter types in terms of both performance and durability. You can decide which filter is suitable for you according to your working frequency.

What is a filter cage?

They are protection cages that increase the strength of the filters. You can extend the service life of your preferred filter model by choosing the caged version.

Is it mandatory to use a powder coating filter?

Powder coating process is a painting process in which the paint in the form of powder particles comes out of the equipment and adheres to the metal surface thanks to its ion form. As it is known, there is a gravitational force between + and - poles. In the powder coating process, the charge difference between the paint and the metal surface also ensures adhesion to the surface by attraction. In the area where the powder coating process is carried out, it is necessary to use a filter to prevent the paint from sticking to surfaces other than metal. Otherwise, free-flying powder paint particles will adhere to different surfaces other than the metal surface. In addition, you can recycle paint with the use of filters.
